  33. Description:

  35. FIlter is an application that filters bits and bytes from files.  It can
  36. either remove the byte entirely or replace it with another byte.  Filters
  37. can be saved and loaded.  Four sample filter are provided:
  38. TopBitSet - Sets bit 8 of all bytes to zero
  39. CR        - Removes CRs (&0d) from files
  40. CR->LF    - Changes all CRs to LFs
  41. Strings   - Rough copy of UN*X strings utility: extract all readable strings.
